GUARANTEE & WARRANTY
Please make sure to follow the below directions carefully.
This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not cover damage due to misuse, improper care and/or mishandling of the appliance.
To activate the one-year warranty and to be eligible to receive a replacement iron, you must register the appliance on this page within 30 days of purchase.
KeratinPerfect will not replace any appliance that has not been registered within 30 days of purchase or that is not submitted for replacement within the one-year warranty time frame.
Warranty does not apply to an appliance that show signs of misuse or that in our judgment is not defective.
Warranty is not valid if damage has been caused by appliance being dropped or if repair has been attempted by any unauthorized person.
If you have determined that your iron is defective, please call 561.826.9221 to obtain a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
When returning the iron for replacement, you must include:
-A dated receipt as proof of purchase. Please retain a copy for your records.
-A check or money order in the amount of $29.95 (US), payable to KeratinPerfect, for processing and handling.
-A current, valid shipping address and phone
number. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Note: Customers residing outside of the continental United States are responsible for paying any duties associated with replacing the appliance in addition to all steps outlined above.
