KeratinPerfect Hair Styling Tools are manufactured to the highest standards and will provide you with superior performance when used in accordance with the instruction manual provided. This limited warranty guarantees this device against defective materials or workmanship for one year and insures you to a timely response to your warranty requests.

KeratinPerfect cannot guarantee the quality of products sold by unauthorized dealers. Purchasing KeratinPerfect products from Internet sites not legitimately representing KeratinPerfect products forfeits the warranty.

• Product must be registered within 30 days to validate warranty. You can register your product online at www.keratinperfect.com.

• Please keep a dated receipt as proof-of-purchase. The date of sale and the seller’s stamp is required for the validity of the warranty.

• Warranty does not apply to devices showing abuse, damage, or devices that KeratinPerfect does not deem defective.

• Warranty is not valid if damage has been caused to the product by being dropped or if repair has been attempted by any unauthorized person.

• In the unlikely event that the product is found defective, please return the appliance in its original packaging along with a check or money order in the amount of $24.95 for shipping, handling and processing. Please also include your most current mailing address and phone number.

• Nothing in this guarantee excludes, restricts or otherwise affects your statutory rights.

Return Policy

•  Returns of unused product are accepted within thirty days from the date your shipment is received.

• We will accept returns of all unopened, unused products.

• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges when returning merchandise.

• Once return merchandise is received, we will credit your original payment method. We cannot accept returns if the product has been opened or used, unless the product is damaged or defective.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to report the damaged items. We will reship immediately and arrange for the shipping company to pick up the damaged item at no cost to the customer.
